Team Building Motivational sailing Regattas.
There is nothing better to unite a group for efficient teamwork, than the incentive of competition in a regatta that everyone participates and enjoys. We explain in a simple and intuitive way how regattas work so that everyone understands and enjoys their role. The specific presentation for you can be done both in your hotel and in the port at the meeting point next to the boats, using a form of language in which the regatta is assimilated with the day to day in a company.

What will we do?
Initial briefing, construction of the teams, development of strategies, presentation of the skippers, who in turn will give the safety speech to the crew, before setting sail and setting sail with a winning attitude.
We will do the regattas in such a way that they meet the desired objective, adapted to the weather conditions, normally with the Windward/Leeward format, trying to do a minimum of three sleeves so that everyone has time to exercise their role in the competition.
To finish the event, we return to the port, and once all the participants have disembarked, we begin the delivery of trophies for the winners while we celebrate with cava. This point gives the event a very exciting and exclusive point.
