No, not at all. Our professional captains guide the entire sailing process at all times. Your team can participate as much or as little as they want in the sailboat manoeuvres, from taking the helm to simply enjoying the experience. The captain makes sure that everyone feels safe and comfortable from the very first moment.
With one sailboat we can comfortably carry up to 12 people. With two sailboats we reach 20–24 people, which also allows us to organise the regatta between teams. For larger groups — from 30 to 200 people — we coordinate a fleet of vessels combining sailboats, catamarans and other boats. Contact us with no obligation.
A corporate regatta places each member in a critical role with real consequences: if the sail trimmer does not execute well, the boat loses speed. This trains communication under pressure, quick decision-making, trust in teammates and adaptive leadership. The base price includes the sailboat with a licensed captain, safety equipment (life jackets, harnesses), the navigation briefing and the contracted activity. If wind or sea conditions are not safe for the planned activity, we offer you in advance the option to change the date at no extra cost, or an adapted alternative.
